Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
Date — sets the reporting window, based on the shift dates.
How to read it

One row per reviewer. Click any column heading to sort by it — useful for finding the highest or lowest values fast.

‍

The columns break the detail down so you can scan for what needs attention.

What this card shows
  • Who is carrying the most here?
  • Is the load spread evenly, or concentrated on a few people?
  • Who has gone quiet recently?
Columns
  • Reviewer — the admin or super admin who made the decision.
  • Request Type — whether it's a time-off or availability request.
  • Reviewed Requests — how many requests this reviewer decided.
  • Avg Hours To Review — the average hours between a request and the decision on it.
Questions this answers
  • Who is carrying the most here?
  • Is the load spread evenly, or concentrated on a few people?
  • Who has gone quiet recently?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
  • Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
Frequently ask questions
How is review time measured?

It's the time between when a request was submitted and when the reviewer approved or denied it. Requests still pending aren't included.

Can I sort this table?

Yes — click any column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. It's the fastest way to bring the highest or lowest values to the top.

Why might my figure differ from a teammate's?

Filters travel with whoever's viewing. If you and a teammate have different locations or date ranges selected, each of you sees the figure for your own selection.
