Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
Date — sets the reporting window, based on the shift dates.
How to read it

Each bar is one location. Taller (or longer) bars mean bigger numbers, so the shape of the chart tells you where the highs and lows are.

‍

Where a bar is split into segments, each colour is a different measure — hover any bar to see the exact figures that make it up.

What this card shows
  • Which of my locations leads on this, and which lags?
  • Is the gap between locations widening or holding steady?
  • Where should I focus first?
Columns
  • Location — the name of each of your locations.
  • Shifts — the number of shifts.
  • Avg Shift Hours — the average length of a shift, in hours.
Questions this answers
  • Which of my locations leads on this, and which lags?
  • Is the gap between locations widening or holding steady?
  • Where should I focus first?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
  • Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
Frequently ask questions
Are breaks included in shift hours?

Scheduled hours are the shift's span from start to end. Break figures are reported separately so you can see them without them muddying the hours total.

Can I see the exact value on each bar?

Yes — hover any bar and its exact figure appears. The chart is for comparing at a glance; hover for the precise number.

Why might my figure differ from a teammate's?

Filters travel with whoever's viewing. If you and a teammate have different locations or date ranges selected, each of you sees the figure for your own selection.
