Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
Date — sets the reporting window, based on the shift dates.
How to read it

A single record shown as a short list of labelled figures rather than a row in a table — a compact summary you can read top to bottom.

What this card shows
  • What exactly is outstanding right now?
  • Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
  • Who is each one assigned to?
Columns
  • Shifts — the number of shifts.
  • Total Breaks — the total number of breaks across shifts.
  • Avg Breaks per Shift — the average number of breaks in a shift.
  • Avg Break Minutes per Shift — the average total break minutes in a shift.
Questions this answers
  • What exactly is outstanding right now?
  • Which items are the oldest or most overdue?
  • Who is each one assigned to?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
  • Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
Frequently ask questions
How are breaks counted?

Across your scheduled shifts, this averages both the number of breaks and the total break minutes per shift.

Why is this a summary instead of a chart?

It's a single set of related figures rather than a trend or breakdown, so it reads best as a short summary you can take in at a glance.

Why might my figure differ from a teammate's?

Filters travel with whoever's viewing. If you and a teammate have different locations or date ranges selected, each of you sees the figure for your own selection.
