Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
Location — narrows what you see to the locations you select.
How to read it

Each slice is one inspection status. The size of a slice is its share of the whole, and all the slices together always add up to 100%.

‍

Hover a slice to see the exact count behind it. Pie is best for seeing proportions at a glance — use the matching table if you need the precise numbers.

What this card shows
  • How does my inspection volume split across inspection status?
  • Is any one slice larger than it should be?
  • Where is the balance off?
Columns
  • Inspection Status — whether the item Passed, Needs Attention, or is Critical.
  • Count — the number of items in that group.
Questions this answers
  • How does my inspection volume split across inspection status?
  • Is any one slice larger than it should be?
  • Where is the balance off?
Why your numbers might differ
  • Your filters shape everything here. Narrowing the location or date range changes which records are counted, so two people with different filters set will see different figures.
  • Small numbers swing hard. When a figure is based on only a handful of records, one more or less moves it a lot.
Frequently ask questions
What are the three states?

Passed (Green), Needs Attention (Yellow), and Critical (Red) — the three results an inspected item can have. This card shows how all your equipment splits across them.

Can I get the exact counts, not just the slices?

Yes — hover any slice to see the exact number of inspections it represents. The slices show proportion at a glance; hover when you need the figure.

Why might my figure differ from a teammate's?

Filters travel with whoever's viewing. If you and a teammate have different locations or date ranges selected, each of you sees the figure for your own selection.
