What this card shows

For each location, the percentage of its closed incidents that ended in Resolved rather than Denied.

‍

How to read it

Each bar is one of your locations. The bar is split into two segments: the green portion is the share of closed incidents that were Resolved, the lighter portion the share that were Denied. Together they always total 100%, because the card only counts incidents that reached a final decision.

‍

The dashed line across the chart sits at 100%. It's a reference marker, not a target you should expect to hit — a location touching it would mean every single closed incident there was resolved in the customer's favor.

‍

Hover any bar to see how many incidents it's based on. A location showing 100% resolution off two incidents is telling you much less than one showing 78% off ninety.

‍

Columns

  • Location — the name of each of your locations.
  • Reported — how many incidents were reported at that location in the selected date range.
  • Resolved % — of the incidents that were closed, the percentage marked Resolved.
  • Denied % — of the incidents that were closed, the percentage marked Denied.
  • Resolution Rate % — the headline figure this card is named for.

‍

Questions this answers

  • Which of my locations denies the most damage claims?
  • Is one location resolving nearly everything while another denies most of what it sees?
  • Do the locations with the most reported incidents also have the lowest resolution rates?

‍

Why your numbers might differ

  • Open incidents are excluded. Anything still Under Review or In Progress isn't counted here — only incidents that reached Resolved or Denied. A location with a large backlog will look thin on this card.
  • The Date filter applies to when the incident was reported, not when it was closed. An incident reported in March and closed in May counts toward March.
  • Small samples swing hard. One denied claim out of three drops a location to 67%.

‍

Filters that affect this card

  • Company — applied automatically. You only ever see your own company's data.
  • Location — narrows the chart to the locations you select.
  • Date — sets the reporting window, based on when each incident was reported.
