We’re excited to announce a major update to your WashUp settings — designed to make managing your team easier, faster, and more personalized. This update was a critical foundation that had to be prioritized before we could move forward with other key features like the Scheduler and Tasks. Now that it’s nearly complete, our development team can shift full focus to those next major improvements.

Users & Roles

Users and Roles gives you a clear view of everyone tied to your WashUp account. You can easily add new team members, assign them to specific locations, and keep your roster organized across sites. Whether you’re managing one wash or several, this helps you stay on top of who’s part of your operation and where they’re working.

Add a Profile Picture

Personalize your account by uploading a profile picture. This makes it easier for your team to quickly recognize who is logged in, especially when switching between users.
