We've rolled out our biggest update yet to the Inspections feature in WashUp.
This release introduces a completely redesigned attention item workflow, powerful inspection analytics, an improved inspection builder, support for numeric value inspections, and dozens of usability improvements to help your team inspect equipment faster and stay on top of issues more efficiently.
A Better Way To Manage Attention Items
We've completely redesigned the All Attention Items experience to make it easier to manage reported issues from one centralized location. The updated layout provides a cleaner view of every issue that has been reported while giving managers more control without needing to leave the page.
You can now:
Managing issues is now faster, cleaner, and requires fewer clicks.

Better Resolution Tracking
Resolving issues is now more structured and accountable. When marking an attention item as resolved, users are now prompted to include resolution notes and can optionally attach supporting photos, videos, or documents. This creates a much more complete maintenance history and makes it easier to document how issues were resolved over time.

Inspection Run History
Every inspection now includes a detailed run history. Managers can review every time an inspection has been performed and quickly understand inspection performance over time.
Run History includes:
Run History can also be filtered and exported for reporting or historical review.

A Faster Inspection Builder
We've completely improved the experience of creating and editing inspection lists. Building inspections is now faster, easier, and more intuitive.
Improvements include:
Whether you're building a new inspection or updating an existing one, creating inspection lists now takes significantly less time.

Numeric Value Inspections
Inspections now support numeric measurements in addition to traditional Pass, Needs Attention, and Critical responses. When creating an inspection item, you can require users to enter a numeric value instead of selecting a color-based status.
Supported units include:
You can also define whether higher or lower values are considered better and configure thresholds that automatically determine whether a result is marked as Passed, Needs Attention, or Critical.
This makes WashUp even more powerful for recording measurable operating conditions while maintaining consistent inspection standards across every location.

Improved Inspection Organization
Inspection workflows have also been refined throughout the platform.
Updates include:
These improvements help teams complete inspections faster while making important information easier to find.
Additional Improvements & Fixes
This release also includes numerous improvements throughout the Inspections feature, including:
Built For Better Accountability
Inspections are one of the most important tools for maintaining consistent operations across every location. These updates were designed to make inspections faster to complete, easier to manage, and more valuable after they're finished—giving operators better visibility into recurring issues while helping teams stay accountable every step of the way. As always, we'll continue improving WashUp based on feedback from the operators and teams using it every day.
